We often find ourselves looking outwards for what we sometimes don’t allow ourselves to have.
When we are not in a relationship, we might feel as if our cup is half-empty or even completely dry if we don’t experience pleasure coming from another.
This is something most of us have experienced at some point in our lives, and sometimes we can feel this way even when in a relationship.

This is why I’m so excited to teach this class once again at my teacher Uma Furman’s Erotic Embodiment Circle.This immersive experience is all about connecting with the inner beloved (i.e. YOU) and filling up your cup from the wellspring of love, eroticism, and pleasure that already exists within you.
This session is going to be an intimate exploration using simple practices involving breath, sound, and movement to awaken your inherent eroticism and pleasure.

My goal is to help you realize that you don’t need anyone else to gift you presence or pleasure; it’s already within you.
