As cliche as it sounds, it is true. From a young age we are told to look externally for things, people and situations to make us feel good. But the reality is this:  “we ARE “it”.

……We have all the resources available to generate infinite bliss, joy and serotonin,  without chemicals, drugs or anything external. The secret? Regular practice of embodiment exercises, including breath, sound and movement (e.g. breathwork, dancing, yoga, tantra).
