Breathe Your Way to Pleasure – Redefining Self-Pleasuring
March 19, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 9:45 pm UTC+12
NZD$35 – NZD$45
Pleasure is our innate birthright and basic primary impulse, from the moment we emerge from the womb, we seek for the breast, we cry for attention and warmth, connection and nurturing. Our basic motivation for sustenance in life is driven for connection which results in a sensation of pleasure.
Unfortunately, in our society we grow up with the notion that we can only find pleasure and connection outside of ourselves. We have lost, or never learned that we have all the capabilities within our own beings to meet and activate our needs for love, self care, connection and pleasure from within ourselves…
In this experiential immersion of self pleasure, we will learn how to access these forgotten realms of self-love from within your own body and achieve states of bliss, self love, and joyful empowerment by use of breath, sound and movement.
When we have a solid base in self-love it becomes second nature to tend to our own needs by responding to the call of our own being for love, care and sensitivity. All to often we seek these comforts from others, which stems from an inner state of lack and inability to hold our own heart with genuine care and self worth.
When we enter into engagement with others with this hole in our hearts, we come with a whole package of unconscious expectations, projections and conditions that we place on our partner to fulfil our own needs, which ultimate they can not meet.
The truth of our being if we listen close enough, is calling us to return our attention inward and to come home to our own beloved within. Only then can we truly meet with another with a full heart as we are rooted in self-responsibility, with an active awareness of boundaries and with loving self respect.
Coming home to yourself and becoming your OWN source of pleasure is the foundation in which this entire experience of self-love is based on.
Rooted in Tantric philosophy and practices, this workshop will give you a personal insight into the power of what is possible when it comes to pleasure, and activating feelings of real love for yourself. Giving you ways to reach orgasmic states of consciousness by using the primary principles of breath, sound and movement only.
Who said that you need another person to give you pleasure?
