Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 July 2026
These Terms govern your use of biabliss.com and the services and digital products supplied by Embody Holistica, trading as Bia Bliss.
By purchasing, booking, accessing, or participating in an offering, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
Provider details
1. Eligibility
Our website, digital content, and services are intended only for adults aged 18 or over.
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in an offering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
You must not purchase or share access on behalf of anyone under 18.
2. Nature of the services
Bia Bliss provides educational coaching, Somatic Sexology, and embodiment counselling focused on mindful masturbation, body awareness, breath, sensation, pleasure, and sexual wellbeing.
These services are educational and experiential. They are not:
- medical or psychiatric care;
- licensed psychology or psychotherapy;
- crisis intervention;
- diagnosis or treatment of a health condition; or
- a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
We do not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure medical, psychological, sexual, or relationship conditions.
Seek appropriate professional advice before participating if you have significant pain, a relevant medical condition, a recent injury or surgery, or any concern about whether the practices are suitable for you.
3. Professional boundaries and consent
All live sessions are professional, educational, and conducted online.
The practitioner remains clothed and does not engage in sexual activity, mutual masturbation, sexual performance, sexual contact, or physical contact with the client.
Depending on the offering, you may be invited to explore breath, movement, body awareness, sensation, or mindful touch on your own body.
All practices are optional. You may:
- remain clothed;
- decline or modify any practice;
- pause or stop;
- turn off your camera;
- ask questions; or
- end the session at any time.
Consent may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Sexually harassing, threatening, coercive, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour toward the practitioner may result in the session and working relationship being ended immediately.
4. Outcomes and personal responsibility
Individual experiences and outcomes vary.
We do not guarantee orgasm, ejaculation, erection changes, increased sensitivity, full-body pleasure, reduced pornography use, emotional healing, relationship changes, or any other particular result.
Testimonials and descriptions of potential benefits are illustrative and do not promise that you will experience the same results.
You participate voluntarily and remain responsible for:
- your choices and level of participation;
- monitoring your physical and emotional wellbeing;
- stopping if you experience pain, dizziness, numbness, significant distress, or another concerning response; and
- seeking appropriate professional support where needed.
5. Offerings
Offerings may include:

The description, inclusions, price, and access arrangements displayed when you purchase form part of your agreement with us.
We may make minor changes that do not materially reduce the offering purchased.
6. Booking, rescheduling, and expiry
Live sessions are booked through TidyCal or another specified booking provider.
You are responsible for checking the date, time, and time zone before confirming your appointment.
Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival may shorten your session.
You may reschedule by giving at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and sessions missed without notice, are normally forfeited.
Any exception is at our discretion and may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
Mindful Pleasure Journey
Journey sessions should normally be scheduled at least seven days apart and completed within six weeks of the first session.
All three sessions must be used within six weeks of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unused sessions expire at the end of that period unless:
- we have agreed to an extension;
- we have been unable to offer reasonable appointment availability; or
- applicable law requires another remedy.
Bookings and session credits are personal and may not be transferred without written permission.
Practitioner cancellation
If we cancel a session, we will offer a replacement appointment.
If we cannot provide the session within a reasonable time and no suitable alternative can be agreed, we will provide any remedy required by applicable law.
7. Participation and technology
You agree to participate from a private and appropriate space where you are unlikely to be interrupted.
You are responsible for arranging:
- a suitable hands-free device;
- a reliable internet connection;
- a private and comfortable environment; and
- any materials listed in the preparation information.
Do not participate while driving, supervising children, in a public space, or while under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
If a significant technical problem on our side prevents delivery, we will reschedule the affected session or provide a reasonable alternative.
Technical problems on your side may shorten the session, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
8. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless another currency is clearly stated.
Payment is due in full when purchasing or booking unless a written payment arrangement has been agreed.
Payments may be processed through providers such as Stripe, TidyCal, Kit, PayPal, Wise, or Zelle. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
Your bank or card provider may charge currency-conversion or international-transaction fees. These charges are outside our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information.
9. Refunds and cancellations
All payments are non-refundable for change of mind, except where we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
This includes circumstances where you:
- decide not to continue;
- do not attend or complete the offering;
- do not use the materials;
- are dissatisfied because you expected a particular personal result;
- experience a change in your circumstances; or
- do not have suitable technology, privacy, availability, or equipment.
Digital products
Digital-product payments are non-refundable once access has been supplied.
You must contact us if you have difficulty accessing purchased content so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and provide access or another appropriate remedy.
Live sessions
Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.
Payments for live sessions and unused Journey sessions are otherwise non-refundable for change of mind.
Legal rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or another applicable law requires a remedy because an offering is faulty, materially misdescribed, unsafe, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill, we will provide the remedy required by law. Services supplied by New Zealand businesses must meet statutory guarantees, while a change of mind alone does not ordinarily create a right to a refund.
10. Confidentiality and recording
We treat information shared during sessions as confidential.
Information may be disclosed:
- with your consent;
- where required by law or valid legal process;
- where reasonably necessary to address a serious and imminent threat to someone’s life, health, or safety;
- in confidential professional supervision or consultation, with identifying details removed or minimised where practicable; or
- to service providers requiring limited access to deliver scheduling, payment, communication, or administration services.
Neither party may record, photograph, screenshot, transcribe, or otherwise capture a live session without the prior written agreement of both parties.
We will not knowingly enable a recording, automated transcript, or AI-generated meeting summary without informing you and obtaining consent.
Our handling of personal information is explained further in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property and access
Unless otherwise stated, website and programme content is owned by or licensed to Bia Bliss.
This includes videos, audio, written materials, exercises, guided practices, illustrations, downloads, branding, programme structures, and original educational frameworks.
Your purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own learning.
You must not:
- copy, record, reproduce, or redistribute the materials;
- share access links or passwords;
- upload the content elsewhere;
- sell, sublicense, or commercially use it;
- teach from or substantially reproduce it; or
- provide access to another person.
You continue to own your personal experiences, reflections, and original contributions.
Masterclass access
The Masterclass is provided with lifetime access.
For these Terms, “lifetime access” means for as long as Bia Bliss continues to operate and make the Masterclass available. It does not guarantee that a particular website, platform, or link will remain unchanged.
If content is moved to another platform, we will make reasonable efforts to provide replacement access instructions to the email address associated with your purchase.
12. Third-party services and privacy
We may use third-party providers for payment processing, bookings, email, video communication, hosting, administration, and digital-content delivery.
These providers may include Stripe, TidyCal, Kit, Zoom, Google, Dropbox, Cloudflare, WordPress, PayPal, Wise, and Zelle.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices and may process information outside New Zealand.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, disclosed, and protected, including the use of overseas providers. New Zealand privacy law places conditions on disclosure of personal information outside New Zealand.
13. Ending services
We may decline, pause, or end a service where:
- it is not appropriate for your needs;
- continuing creates a safety concern;
- professional or sexual boundaries are breached;
- threatening, abusive, discriminatory, coercive, or harassing behaviour occurs;
- you participate while intoxicated;
- payment has not been completed;
- these Terms are materially breached; or
- continuing the working relationship is no longer reasonably appropriate or workable.
If a service is ended because of serious misconduct or a material boundary violation, the affected session may be forfeited.
Any refund or other remedy will be limited to what is required under these Terms or applicable law.
14. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by:
- your failure to follow reasonable safety or preparation instructions;
- inaccurate or incomplete information you provided;
- your independent use or misuse of practices;
- technology or events outside our reasonable control; or
- the acts, omissions, or systems of independent third-party providers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any consumer guarantee, obligation, or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Standard consumer terms must not create an unfair imbalance or go further than reasonably necessary to protect a business’s legitimate interests.
15. Communications
We may send communications necessary to administer or deliver your purchase, including:
- receipts;
- access instructions;
- booking confirmations and reminders;
- preparation information;
- service updates; and
- follow-up information connected with the offering purchased.
Purchasing or booking does not automatically require you to subscribe to general promotional emails.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. This will not stop communications needed to administer an active purchase or booking.
16. Complaints and governing law
Contact us at [email protected] if you have a complaint or concern.
We will aim to acknowledge your complaint within five business days and respond substantively within ten business days where reasonably possible.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising a legal right or using the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal or another appropriate dispute-resolution process.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of New Zealand.
Mandatory legal protections applying in another jurisdiction are not excluded where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Changes and general terms
The version of these Terms applying to a purchase is normally the version published when the purchase or booking was made.
We may update the Terms for future purchases. Changes will not materially reduce rights attached to an existing purchase unless required by law, necessary for safety or security, or agreed with you.
If part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
These Terms, together with the relevant offering description, Privacy Policy, checkout information, and any individually agreed written terms, form the agreement between you and Bia Bliss.
